The Camera and Power System

The core mechanic is deceptively simple: you have a network of surveillance cameras spread across the facility, and you need to track where the threats are. The problem is electricity. Every camera feed you activate pulls from a shared power supply, and that supply drains continuously through the night.

Managing Your Power

You can't watch every corridor at once. Switching between feeds too frequently burns through electricity faster than the creatures can reach you. The real skill is learning which camera positions give the most useful information and cycling through them efficiently. Checking a feed you don't need wastes precious seconds of battery life.

Reading the Monitors

The grainy, low-resolution camera feeds are intentional. Static and visual noise make it harder to confirm a creature's exact position. You'll second-guess yourself.
