Akochan Quest

Akochan Quest is a 2D platformer built around a young girl's mission to recover scattered necklaces across eight hand-crafted stages. The anime-inspired visuals give it a light, cheerful look, though the stages themselves are anything but easy.

Zombies and heart-shaped monsters patrol the platforms, and the level design layers in rotating blades and saw traps that demand careful timing. Reaching the yellow flag at the end of each stage is the goal, but getting there cleanly takes patience. Rushing tends to punish you fast.

The difficulty climbs steadily through the later stages, introducing tighter gaps and more aggressive enemy placements. It rewards players who slow down and read the layout before committing to a jump. For fans of classic side-scrollers, the structure feels familiar but the character and aesthetic give it its own identity worth exploring.
