Beetle Solitaire
Card games have a way of pulling you in, and Beetle Solitaire is no exception. The goal is straightforward — arrange cards into complete descending runs, King through Ace, all within the same suit. Finish a run and it vanishes from the layout, gradually clearing the board toward an empty, satisfying finish.
What makes this version compelling is the quiet tension it builds. Cards sit in stacks that seem manageable until suddenly they aren't. A single misplaced move can lock you out of a sequence you needed three turns ago. Reading the board before acting matters far more than speed here.
The visual presentation is clean and approachable without feeling stripped down. Suits are easy to distinguish, sequences are readable at a glance, and there's just enough friction in the decision-making to keep things genuinely interesting. Not overwhelming, but never trivial either.
