Chicken And Duck Brothers

Chicken And Duck Brothers is a cooperative platformer built around the idea that two mismatched companions are stronger together than apart. One feathered, one waddling — neither particularly heroic on their own.

What makes it work is how the two characters complement each other. Certain paths only open when both act in sync, and some enemies require one to distract while the other slips past. There's a genuine back-and-forth rhythm to it, especially when played with another person sitting beside you.

The levels throw enough variety at you — shifting terrain, scattered hazards, unexpected enemy placements — that just coasting through isn't really an option. Collected items nudge the experience forward without overwhelming it. The whole thing has a lighthearted energy that doesn't take itself too seriously, which suits the premise perfectly.
