Collestar throws you into an aerial star-hunting challenge where two planes move simultaneously across the screen. The goal is straightforward — gather as many stars as you can before the timer expires. Spreading your planes apart covers more ground and pulls in more stars, but that same distance makes them harder to protect from incoming hazards.

Asteroids and missiles drift through the play area, and a single collision costs a life. Navigating both aircraft at once demands split attention, especially when threats appear from different directions. Star clusters reward bold positioning, but overextending leaves you vulnerable.

The time pressure keeps things tense without feeling unfair. Short runs are good for learning the hazard patterns, while longer attempts reward players who stay composed under pressure. Nothing flashy — just a clean challenge that gets noticeably harder the better you get at it.
