Four distinct roles shape how the game unfolds. Healthy players scavenge the map for disinfectors or bats. Finding a bat unlocks the Killer path, letting you hunt down the infected. Doctors carry disinfectors and can pull infected players back from the brink. And if the virus finds you first, movement slows dramatically — but spreading infection through coughing becomes your new weapon.

Health management runs underneath everything. Infected players drain health with each action, and toilet paper scattered across the map is the only way to recover it. The tension between roles — predator, healer, spreader, survivor — creates unpredictable moments that shift the balance with every encounter.
