You'll poke around with drills, apply fillings, yank out stubborn teeth, and slap on braces, all through satisfying click-and-drag interactions. Nothing here takes itself too seriously. A patient might arrive with a candy wrapper stuck between their molars, and somehow that feels completely normal in this universe.

What makes it genuinely enjoyable is how tactile the whole thing feels — there's a small but real sense of accomplishment when a mess of a mouth transforms into something presentable. Silly, a little gross in the best way, and surprisingly engaging for how lightweight it is.
