Claiming more territory isn't just about bragging rights. Larger areas unlock stronger weapons and abilities, which matters when enemies start pushing back. There are two distinct modes to choose from: one focused on surrounding and enclosing territory, the other on direct combat. Both reward different approaches, so switching between them keeps the experience from going stale.

The control scheme is minimal by design, which means attention stays on reading the map rather than managing inputs. Knowing when to cut deep versus when to play it safe makes a real difference at higher difficulty. Short sessions work well, but the progression loop tends to pull players into longer runs without much effort.
