The atmosphere here is thick with that particular brand of gritty futurism: chrome surfaces, pulsing lights, and the faint hum of machinery that might or might not still be alive.

What makes this oddly compelling is how tactile it feels. Peeling back synthetic skin, extracting damaged components, slotting in replacements — there's a satisfying rhythm to it once you settle in. Mistakes matter. Rushing gets punished. The game rewards a steady hand and a willingness to actually look at what's in front of you rather than just clicking frantically.

It's surgery, but weirder and somehow more interesting than that sounds. The cyberpunk setting does real work here, making each procedure feel like a scene from a film rather than a mini-game. Strange in the best way.
