Gems fall. Bombs fall. Only one of those you want to catch. Dropping Gems is a basket-catching arcade game where the challenge builds quietly before it overwhelms you — one wrong move and it's over.

The core idea is straightforward: position your basket to collect falling gems while avoiding explosives scattered among them. Scattered power-ups appear occasionally, offering brief advantages like score boosts or a protective shield that buys you a little breathing room when the drop rate climbs.

There's a timer pressing down on everything, which keeps sessions short and replayable. The satisfaction comes from stringing together clean catches without flinching at the bombs, reading the patterns just well enough to stay alive a few seconds longer than last time.
