Fruit Sort

Fruit Sort is a puzzle game built around the satisfying logic of getting things exactly where they belong. Fruits pile up on the board, and the only way forward is to think ahead — sliding pieces into position so that matching types cluster together and merge into something new.

Three identical fruits combine and upgrade, gradually transforming into hawthorn candy canes through a chain of clever swaps. The board has limits, though. Let too many fruits accumulate beyond what the slots can hold, and the whole arrangement collapses. That pressure — quiet at first, then suddenly urgent — is what gives the game its real tension.

There's a meditative quality to working through the early stages, but it gives way to genuine problem-solving as the board fills and options narrow. Knowing when to merge and when to hold back becomes the difference between a clean run and starting over.
