Gross Out Run pits you against two AI runners in a messy obstacle course where staying clean matters as much as crossing the finish line first. The track features swinging sledgehammers and other hazards designed to splatter your character with stains. Each hit slows you down and adds another mark to your outfit.

Timing becomes crucial as obstacles appear in rapid succession. You need to decide whether to risk a tight dodge or take a safer route that might cost precious seconds. The AI opponents don't hold back, making every race a genuine challenge.
