Monsters have terrible dental hygiene — and Halloween Dentist makes that abundantly clear. Vampires with plaque-coated fangs, ghosts with crumbling molars, and creatures you'd rather not examine too closely all show up needing urgent care.

Armed with scrapers, drills, and other tools of the trade, you work through 18 distinctly grotesque patients. The procedures feel satisfyingly hands-on, and the monsters' dramatic reactions to each treatment add a lot of character to the whole experience.

What makes it work is the atmosphere — it leans into Halloween without taking itself seriously. There's genuine charm in the absurdity of giving a werewolf a deep clean. Short sessions, varied patients, and just enough gross-out humor to keep things interesting across the whole roster.
