Insect Intruders

Insect Intruders puts you in the role of a tree's last line of defense, facing down swarms of bugs advancing in formation from above. The setup will feel familiar to anyone who grew up with classic arcade shooters, but the leafy theme and destructible cover mechanics give it a distinct character of its own.

Bugs don't all behave the same way. Some drift predictably, others shift patterns mid-wave, keeping you from settling into any single rhythm. Scattered shields sit between you and the swarm — useful for absorbing hits, but they chip away with damage and can leave you exposed at the worst moments.

Scoring well means staying composed under pressure. Waves grow more relentless, and the margin for error shrinks. It's the kind of game that rewards a second attempt almost immediately after the first one ends badly.
