Golf, but not quite. Is It Golf? takes the bare skeleton of the sport — aim, power, flag — and fills it with complete nonsense in the best possible way. Instead of a ball, you're launching a sheep. Or a chicken. Or a closestool. The courses don't care about your dignity.

What makes it stick is how each object behaves differently, demanding a slightly different read on power and angle. There's genuine satisfaction in sticking a tricky shot with a car that absolutely should not be rolling where it's rolling. Obstacles like drums get in the way just enough to feel fair while still producing spectacular failures.

The whole thing has this cheerful absurdist quality — nothing takes itself seriously, and neither should you. Short sessions, quick laughs, occasionally a moment of real focus when a shot refuses to cooperate.
