Jake Black Cat

Jake Black Cat is a 2D platformer built around one very determined feline and his obsession with finding every last bowl of cat food. Eight hand-crafted levels stand between Jake and his cozy home, each one packing in more hazards than the last — rival cats prowling the platforms, spike beds waiting below a mistimed jump, and spinning saws that leave almost no room for error.

What makes the game satisfying isn't just reaching the end, but the path there. Collecting every food bowl demands careful routing, and the density of traps means rushing almost always backfires. There's a rhythm to it — learning enemy patrol patterns, reading the terrain, committing to a jump with just enough confidence.
