Two of horror's most recognizable figures finally collide in Jeff The Killer VS Slendrina, a third-person game built entirely around the question of which nightmare wins. The tension starts before anything even happens — just picking a side feels like committing to something dark.

Both characters carry different weight. Jeff moves through Slendrina's house hunting teddy bears, knowing she's somewhere close, watching. Slendrina stalks the asylum in reverse, reclaiming photographs while Jeff sets traps. Neither role feels safe, and that asymmetry is exactly what makes replaying worthwhile.

The 3D environments do real work here — dim corridors, unsettling silences, the kind of spaces that make you slow down without meaning to. Poison Games built something that leans hard into its source material without losing the tension that makes horror games actually feel threatening rather than just aesthetically spooky.
