Resource management matters here. Spending too freely early can leave you exposed when tougher enemies arrive, while hoarding upgrades too long means weaker defenses when you need them most. The balance between offense and preparation shifts with every new wave.

Boss encounters add real pressure to the experience. These larger threats demand more than just upgraded weapons — positioning and timing your special abilities becomes critical. The fantasy setting gives the whole thing a storybook quality, though the difficulty can catch you off guard if you underestimate how quickly enemy compositions change between rounds.
