Memory Lane
Memory Lane splits every level into two distinct moments — a brief window where the world reveals itself fully, and then silence, as almost everything vanishes before you take a single step.
What you saw is all you have. Platforms disappear, leaving gaps where solid ground once was. Moving forward means trusting your recall, committing to jumps across what looks like empty air, hoping your memory held the right details.
Enemies stay real. Falling is permanent. The path you mapped in your head must translate cleanly into movement, because hesitation and wrong turns cost you the run. Touching a platform does confirm it — a small mercy — but by then you may already be committed to the wrong direction entirely.
There's a particular tension in games that punish forgetting rather than slow reflexes. This one sits squarely in that space, demanding attention during the preview and precision during the run.
