Red Boy and Blue Girl

Two characters, one goal — Red Boy and Blue Girl is a cooperative platformer built around the idea that neither hero can do it alone. Red is immune to fire hazards, Blue passes safely through water, and the puzzles are designed precisely around that division. Neither is stronger; they're just different, and the whole game exploits that gap.

Levels weave together switching between the two mid-run, timing jumps to hit pressure plates, and routing each character through terrain the other simply can't cross. The challenge isn't reflex-heavy so much as spatial — figuring out which character needs to be where, and in what order, before the path forward becomes obvious.

There's a quiet satisfaction in finally cracking a room that had you stumped. The visual style is clean and readable, which matters when you're tracking two moving pieces at once. Playing with a friend beside you adds a whole other layer of chaos and negotiation to the mix.
