Road Heroes
Stretch it too short and the car tumbles. Stretch it too long — same result. Road Heroes is built around this single, deceptively tricky mechanic: holding down to extend a road bridge toward a parking spot, then releasing at exactly the right moment. It sounds minimal, and it is, but that's precisely what makes missing so frustrating and landing so satisfying.
There's a quiet tension in holding down that press, watching the road grow longer, second-guessing yourself right up until the last moment. The gap between "just right" and "completely wrong" is surprisingly thin, and the game exploits that gap ruthlessly.
Parking puzzles rarely feel this tense. Road Heroes strips away everything unnecessary and leaves only the judgment call — how far is far enough? It's the kind of game that turns a five-minute break into fifteen, not through spectacle, but through that persistent urge to finally nail the perfect bridge on the first try.
