Roo Bot

Roo Bot is a Sci-Fi platformer where you guide a small robot named Roo through eight increasingly demanding levels, collecting red energy test tubes along the way. Spinning saw blades, spike traps, and patrolling enemy bots stand between you and the exit door that closes out each stage.

The level design pushes you to think about movement carefully rather than just rush through. Some obstacles require precise timing, others demand that you plan a route before committing to it. Miss a test tube tucked behind a hazard and you may need to backtrack through dangerous territory to grab it.

Later stages strip away any sense of comfort the earlier levels might have given you. New threat combinations appear without warning, and the margin for error shrinks noticeably. There is a satisfying rhythm to finally clearing a level cleanly after several failed attempts, particularly when the layout had seemed impossible at first glance.
