Sonic Revert

Sonic Revert takes the blue hedgehog somewhere genuinely unexpected — his movement now behaves less like a platformer character and more like a vehicle sliding through a racing circuit. It's a strange combination that somehow clicks.

Tracks pull inspiration from the wild geometry of Trackmania-style courses, twisting through loops and sharp corners where a split-second miscalculation sends you into a spike wall. Badniks and rings are still here, but they feel different when you're approaching them at racing speed, trying to hold a clean line through a curve rather than simply jumping over things.

The homing attack gets quietly reworked to fit the momentum-driven style, giving you a way to thread through enemy clusters without completely breaking your flow. Time-attack solo runs reward obsessive replaying, while online races introduce the unpredictable pressure of real opponents. Neither mode overstays its welcome.
