Space Supremacy puts you in command of a three-ship fleet somewhere deep in hostile territory, where the difference between holding your position and losing everything often comes down to a single tactical decision. The game blends base defense with active combat, letting you switch between protecting your home sector and pushing forward against enemy formations.

Each ship handles differently. Targeting can be set to automatic or switched to manual, which changes the experience considerably — manual control demands attention and rewards precision, while automatic mode keeps things moving without constant micromanagement. Positioning your ships thoughtfully matters just as much as firepower.

The strategic depth here is quiet but real. Spreading your fleet thin leaves your base exposed; clustering ships together creates vulnerabilities of a different kind. Learning how the enemy behaves, and adjusting your formation accordingly, is where most of the game's satisfaction comes from.
