Goblins lurk around corners, trolls guard the more rewarding paths, and the castle layout itself works against you with gaps, traps, and tight platform sequences that demand real timing. Momentum matters here. Rushing gets you killed; hesitating too long costs you chests.

Upgrades and power-ups shift the balance as you push deeper into the castle, making your knight gradually more capable against threats that keep escalating. The satisfaction comes not from clearing a level cleanly, but from squeezing out one more chest while barely surviving the attempt.
