Square Bird

A square-shaped bird with surprisingly good survival instincts — that's the premise behind Square Bird. The game drops you into a side-scrolling obstacle course where timing matters more than anything else. Lava pits, spikes, and tight gaps demand attention, not just reaction speed.

Coins are scattered throughout each run, and collecting them unlocks new looks for your bird. It's a small but motivating loop that gives each attempt a secondary purpose beyond simply making it to the end.

What makes the game stick is how unforgiving the obstacles feel at first, then gradually manageable once you've absorbed the rhythm. There's no complex progression system or story to follow — just a bird, a path, and a series of hazards that will absolutely get you the first few times. Short enough to replay immediately, tricky enough to keep replaying anyway.
