Vampire Survivor drops you into dark, monster-infested arenas where survival is measured in minutes rather than health bars. Hordes of creatures close in from every direction, and your only job is to keep moving while your weapons fire automatically.

Stages grow more chaotic over time, with enemy density reaching almost absurd levels near the end of each run. The screen fills with projectiles, explosions, and effects until it becomes a beautiful, overwhelming mess — somehow still readable enough to navigate.
