Seven distinct zombie types keep things unpredictable: lumbering normals, feral dogs, ghostly apparitions, and a boss that demands real attention. There are kids on surfboards weaving through the madness too, and hitting one is a mistake you'll feel immediately.

Sixty story levels give the game real shape, but Survival and Time modes are where things get genuinely brutal. Power-ups exist, though leaning on them too heavily too soon is a trap newcomers fall into constantly.
