Freecell Solitaire

Freecell Solitaire is a card game built almost entirely on logic rather than luck. Unlike many solitaire variants, nearly every deal is winnable — which means when things go wrong, it's worth asking exactly where the reasoning broke down.

Four open cells sit at the top of the board, serving as temporary holding spots while you work through the tableau. Moving cards strategically between columns and those limited free spaces is where the real thinking happens. Run out of room and the whole arrangement can lock up fast.

There's a quiet satisfaction to untangling a particularly stubborn layout, especially when a sequence clicks into place after several careful moves. Patience and forward planning matter more here than speed.
