Lay Eggs

A small bird. A distant nest. A whole lot of obstacles standing in the way. Lay Eggs puts you in control of a determined little creature trying to make it home through forests, rivers, and whatever else the world decides to throw at it.

The gameplay has a rhythm to it — dodge this, time that, grab a power-up before something catches up with you. It's not frantic exactly, but there's a constant low-level tension that keeps you focused. Miss a jump and you're back to figuring out where things went wrong.

What makes it stick is how the environments shift. New terrain brings new problems, and the solutions aren't always obvious at first. Getting that bird back to its nest feels genuinely earned.
