Wandering through the school means piecing together scattered clues, finding items hidden in lockers and under desks, and slowly unlocking sections of the building that hold darker secrets. Slenderman doesn't announce himself. He simply appears, and when he does, panic sets in fast.

The visual atmosphere leans heavily on shadow and isolation. Dim corridors stretch out ahead with no guarantee of what waits at the end, and the art style reinforces that constant sense of wrongness. Survival depends less on reflexes and more on patience — knowing when to move, when to stop, and when to run.
